Hoppy Easter if you’re celebrating! I’m spending the day making batts and then spinning them on my new e-spinner. After it arrived yesterday, I couldn’t leave it alone–it’s everything I could have dreamt of in an e-spinner!
Aren’t new “toys” the best? It’s like when you’re a kid and you get just what you wanted for Christmas or birthday. Have fun playing!
And I still haven’t even “unwrapped” my new Baby Wolf yet! It’s waiting patiently in the loom room for me to make decisions about the first project!!!!

Our lives can change in an instant. My dad just called and he’s been in the hospital for over a week. They’ve been doing all kinds of tests, with more planned for tomorrow. He sounds as though he thinks it’s the end. I know he’s a tough old curmudgeon, but he’s been in poor health for over a decade.
If you can send some good thoughts his way, I would be most grateful. He hates being in the hospital, away from my stepmother’s Cordon Bleu cooking.
