It takes me right back to my childhood, Aqua Net was my mother favourite hairspray I remember it turned her hair into an unmovable helmet on her head!

Brings to mind one of my favorite segments of Carol Burnett’s show. She is doing a commercial for a very “firm hold” hairspray. I think there was all manner of wind and weather thrown at her but then she goes through the car wash. Just about chokes and/or drowns but the hair is still PERFECT!!
Jumping lambs in jumpers, just adorable! And Gertrude has better hair days than me. I think we’ve all been there, done that with Aqua Net. I think that was the only thing that kept my hair in place when I wore it up. I swear you could put someone thru a hurricane and the hair would never move, lol.
Cows and pigs, dogs helping out, gah! So much cute today. And the icing on the cake is a zooming wombat.
I suspect that Aqua Net bears about 70% responsibility for the depletion of the ozone layer.
Oh, I dunno. There were so many, many aerosol spray products in those days. Maybe hairspray as a category … ?
