Maru isn’t just a quirky cat who likes to stuff himself into boxes for our amusement. His tail is also a powerful sweeping tool that quickly disposes of any bits of crumpled paper that one might happen to deliberately drop close by.
The old backyard swing set was getting old and dirty, but now it’s been cleaned and repainted. Maru, Hana, and Kitten Miri celebrate with a swinging snack party.
After the snacks, it’s time for the trio to split up and explore the backyard.
Meanwhile, at Marutronics Laboratories, testing is underway for the Excellent Breathable Box Jr., a smaller version of the open-air box that should be just the right size for Kitten Miri. Unfortunatly, Maru gets to it first.
The toy kitten is back with a challenge: Can she cheer up the cats with a friendly rub under the chin?

Cleaning would be a lot more fun if I had Maru’s tail to help out!
I always love the backyard videos. Each kitty’s personality really comes through.
Can Maru come help sweep my floors?
I love the girls’ reactions to the trash on the floor.
Hana: “Uh, no.”
Miri: “Can I eat it or play with it?”
Miri’s a smart girl. Hana ran inside, so she checks for danger. Maru isn’t bothered so she thinks it’s okay. But wait, she’s getting wet…so hide under Maru!
😂🤣
Yep.
He’s been training his whole life for this job lol.
