Poor sheep, going ass over teakettle as my mom would say. But I still laughed. All the other links are great, as usual. Why don’t I have any cute boirbs following me home or taking up residence in my yard? Heavy sigh. Only ones that comes to my yard are an annoying cat or a stinky skunk.
But my yard may be changing locations shortly. Hubster and me put in an offer on a house and it was accepted!!!! I’m calling this house the unicorn house because it checked all the boxes of stuff we needed and wanted for a relatively reasonable (for SoCal) price.
3/4 Bedrooms and 2 baths – check
Relatively updated – check
close to transit for me – check (only a 5 minute walk to the trolley!)
close to highways for hubby and roommate – check
pool and/or spa – check and check
large enough lot to build a granny flat – check (it’s almost a 1/2 acre! In town! Unbelievable!)
So, if everyone could think good thoughts that the house passes inspection and appraisal, it would be so appreciated. If all goes well, we’ll be in the new house by Christmas. Best present ever!
(If you can’t tell, I’m just a little excited about this purchase, didn’t think we would find a house that fits our requirements and was in our budget)
