When designing homes for cartoon animals, it is important to accommodate their unique physical needs. For example, doorways should be cut to the appropriate shape.

Maru would appreciate this.
I was gonna say, it’s BunnyMaru!
He would chew the ear holes **for** the bunbun.
Happy Birthday, Mike!
It’s Mike’s birthday?!
(This is the first thing that came up when I googled “Happy Birthday Mike.”)

I’m a day late, but:
Immortal π
So cute! I love the spectacular whiskers.
Vegas car show was not what I expected, not as many people came out as I thought and the organizers dragged it out way too long. Then the drive down the Strip was pretty much a bust too. No real organization, lots of regular traffic, and they were doing road work. Hope next year is better! We doing breakfast and going to Countβs Kustoms for a tour then heading home. Iβll be so glad to sleep in my own bed tonight.
Is everyone as discombulated as me from the time change? Woke up at usual time and had to semi-force myself to go back to sleep for a little bit until the clock matched by brain saying time to get up.
I actually woke up pretty easily today, around 7:30. I went to bed around 12:30 (didn’t change my clocks first, since the ones that wake me up change themselves).
I do not expect this to carry over to Monday morning, when I actually do need to get up.
Yeah but Monday has its own clock change discombobulating event. Every damn week.
I have never been bothered by time changes either way. It’s only one hour. I think this may be the only advantage I’ve ever received from a lifetime of terrible sleep problems.
Sorry about the car show disappointment. Your plans sounded so cool yesterday. I did read everybody’s Caturday posts yesterday but didn’t chime in as I usually do.
Precious bunny will probably make that opening larger. They like coming and going as they please and will redecorate, if not to their liking.
Happy Birthday Mike. Hope you have a fun day and celebrate!
Happy Birthday Mike! All the best!
Happy Birthday, Mike!
I think these are homes designed for carton animals…
Happy day, Mike! Thanks for everything you do for us.
Love the hoomin’s thoughtfulness. I wouldn’t want to bang my ears if I were a bun.
So far, I’m coping with the time change. We’ll see how the day goes, however. Usually these changes, in either direction, “upset” my world for quite a long time. It’s that crazy routine thing I’ve got going. Sen. Patty Murray has introduced a bill to keep DST going year-round–I’m all for it if it means no more changing of the clocks.
Happy Birthday, Mike! I hope you have a wonderful Sunday. π
Happy Birthday Mr. Mike! I hope it is a wonderful day! π₯°
Happy Birthday Mike! As we can attest by your clever and amusing posts, “you’re not getting older, you’re getting better”!
I don’t even recall where that line comes from anymore. π€ Hair dye commercial? Anyway, undoubtedly it was something aimed at making women feel ashamed of aging. βΉοΈ
βYouβre not getting older, youβre getting better” is from a Loving Care hair dye campaign, early 1970s.
Right. That’s the one! It wasn’t such a bad one for age shaming now that I remember it.
Happy Birthday and Bunday Mike!!!
Happy Birthday, Mike! And thank you for this wonderful place!
Another Happy B-day wish from me, Mike! Theo sends you nose nudges!π
Now I seriously hope Mike’s birthday is indeed today π
It is, and thanks to everyone for the nice messages. I spent the day with friends at an outdoor festival and had a good day.
Happy you had a fun birthday, snd happy it really is your birthday.
