The story was pretty funny but the video takes it over the top. That’s just hysterical!!! And the museum shop is selling human sized versions too. Too bad only small and medium are left or I might have bought one.

The most difficult part of putting a sweater on a pet of a baby is getting the arms through the sleeves, with the T-Rex that problem is almost non existent 😉😆

Foxy fox started off my giggles then the T Rex with his sweater. And finished off with a bouncing birdie. What a good day! Can’t forget Majesty and Perriwinkle (love the names!!), such sweetie pies. Hmmm, LA is only up the coast from me, might be time to take a road trip and come back with some extra passengers.

Unrelated to anything but I just got back from getting my booster shot. It was a walk-in event at the hospital where I got my other doses. Started at 1 so I got there about ten minutes early, expecting a line, but there was no one (they said it was busy this morning, though; they go `8am-5pm with a break between 12 and 1)! Checked in at the first table, where someone checked that my forms were filled out properly, then went to the second table down the hall where they put my info in the computer, then further down the hall and waited outside the door for a few minutes. When the nurse came to open it there was still no one waiting in line with me (but there was a line starting to form at the second table). Got my shot, then went to the observation area, which was being overseen by the same guy who was there last time. Hung out for 30 minutes (because my anxiety brain doesn’t think 15 is enough). Left at 1:30, ordered a hot chocolate on the Starbucks app as I walked to my car, swung by and picked that up, and was home by 2. Which is half an hour past my lunch but I didn’t leave the office until 5:30 last night so whatever.
While I was chatting with the observing nurse it came up where I worked and he said he has a friend who used to work there (I don’t know him, though). Small world.

Everybody who’s been getting their boosters lately – the news seems to be that with the booster to your two Pfizer shots you’re pretty much as good against Omicron as you were with two shots against Delta.
Good to know; I got Pfizer.
The CDC says it’s fine to mix any combo of shots, and medical studies I came across today from a respectable site suggest that three is the magic number–two initial jabs + a booster, or two initial jabs + getting COVID, will help you against omicron.
I get mine on Friday, thankfully at my neighborhood cvs. Got the others at the city arena, they did something like 10,000/day at peak times.
Hopefully it’ll be pfizer, hearing its good for omicron
Mine was Pfizer; they’ve been doing these events three days a week (M-W-F) for a little bit, apparently. I don’t know if they’re alternating, or if it depends on what they get supplied with; last week and maybe the week before were Moderna and this week is Pfizer, but I just looked and there are two days listed for next week and they are also Pfizer. Back in the spring when I got my first round they were only doing Pfizer.
