It’s Setsubun, the festival celebrating the change of seasons and chasing away the ogres called oni. Maru, Hana and Kitten Miri seem to have an infestation of tiny ogres on their hands, led by the biggest, grumpiest ogre of them all.
Getting Maru into an ogre mask is easy, but getting the mask made in the first place requires a little cooperation from Miri. With that done, it’s time for the ritual bean throwing!
Getting Into the Swing
Maru loves his new swinging chair, but Hana and Miri not so much. So how to get them into the swing of things? Perhaps adding a favorite toy will put Miri in a rocking mood.
