I’ve never wanted to hug a donkey before…

I have hugged a donkey and it was wonderful – and I spent many happy hours hugging a big mule named Festus when we did a horse camping trip in the Wind River Range in Wyoming. Everyone else went fishing and all that stuff in which I had no interest – I stayed behind and hugged Festus. It was his last packing trip before his retirement.

If I was an eyewitness to a dog driving and crashing a car I don’t think I’d volunteer to tell the cops. I’d be afraid to be arrested for being on drugs LOL!

That is one contented looking donkey.

Not to nuff but kneejerk “what the f?” response to an animal being left alone in a car.

Almost called security on Sunday for a chilhuahua left in a car on Sunday but he seemed feisty but fine.

Yeah, I had the same response. I’d like to smack those people upside the head.

Mia’s constantly wagging tail must be such terrific reinforcement for her humans’ decision to rescue her

Bella the cat is beautiful and her babies are so sweet.
    Love the gremlins reference, Mike!

Mom! Stop it. I’m clean! Seriously! Your gonna take off my fur!

    Donkey bliss. I’m melting.

Jonathan the tortoise has *seen some things.* Happy birthday, big guy!

It’s not just the donkey’s blissful smile. It’s the ears too.

Maribel’s isolation period is over. We’re slowly going to be meeting the boys. She’ll still have to stay in her bathroom when I’m not home, but that’s a big improvement.

Please tell us later how the boys will like Maribel.

Heh so far, she terrifies them! If she stays, she’ll ryun the whole house!

Bella and her kittens–stop, drop, and nurse! 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Also they’re a beautiful family.

Squirrel pics are so adorable, Mia the dog has hit the jackpot with her new family, and momma kitty with babies melted my heart. Love the blissful donkey, s/he’s such a leaner that human is almost knocked over. I agree with Georgiana, not sure I’d be the one to tell the cops I witnessed a dog driving a car. Just hoping the owner has good insurance, and can you image that call to the insurance company???

Dogs and cars are not a good mix, Thor almost caused an accident one time. He was in the back in the hammock (which should have kept him contained, ha!) and he got down on the seat floor, then made he’s way to the front. While driving, hubby looks down and there’s Thor between his legs. Yikes! Thankfully we were only a few blocks from the house and at the next red light, I reached down and got him out of there. Both doggos are now safely contained and locked in with seatbelt harnesses, they aren’t going anywhere no matter how hard they try.
