      I wasn’t too great earlier but I’m actually not too bad right now. I ended up talking to a coworker for a bit this afternoon which helped a little, I think. Now I’m just tired.

      I think part of what I’ve been feeling in my throat might be coming from my sinuses…feeling like I might be coming down with a cold. Might do a covid test in the morning just to make sure it’s not that. At least I work from home the next two days.
