Peeps, it is officially Decrapification Week in Duckieville. I have absolutely HAD IT with some of the stuff here, and it is getting evicted this week. This is going to be fun, and I invite you to join in. Our local thrift store for charity is going to be very happy.
I got tired just watching Nori bounce off everything. And the other dog’s face watching her just cracked me up.
Good news peeps. Looked up the resuce that had Georgie and he’s adopted!!!!! All the viral stories helped find him his new dad.
Corgis in a pool = too much cuteness. I actually got 2 similar floats for Val and Thor for next sumer. This way they hang with me in the pool without getting wet.
And I’m with you Duckie on the decrapification of the home. Been steadily clearing out stuff over the last few months. Sent numerious bags and boxes to thrift store already and have another box and a bag ready to go. Plus I organized the tools that had been sitting on a kitchen counter this weekend, they now reside in a 3 bin cubby in the dining room. Onward to the office! Now only have to get hubster on board (in his favor, he did clean out his closet last month and got rid of about half his shirts, mostly stuff he wasn’t wearing).
Huzzah for Georgie! Such a sweetie.
When you and Duckie get done decrapifying, can you come help me? I’m still figuring out where to put everything, and I’ve been here since August!

Hee hee all the best yarns are staying! The yarn and fiber are less of a problem than, say, junk in the garage.
Deb – it’s taken us over a year after buying our place to finally get things mostly situated. I’ll gladly come help, I’m known to be ruthless in paring “stuff” down. Did my mom’s, my niece’s, my place(s). Now we’re working on the yard or the jungle as I call it (after all the rain this winter, the weeds are about 4 ft tall!!!! Yikes!).
Allow me to exchange Decrapification Gang Signs with my fellow sufferers. Some of the stuff I’ve disposed of has cluttered up a series of houses for over thirty years.
Considering making a pile, calling the Got Junk guys, and letting them deal with it all.
