Maru, Hana and Kitten Miri discover three identical boxes with magical properties. No matter which box gets into, it magically appears smaller than the others. Yeah, that’s the reason: Magic. Right.
And now it’s time for Maru to don his jaunty red sun visor and partake of a little catnip. Strictly for medicinal purposes, you understand.

I wonder if her grocery store just saves good boxes for her at this point…
To be fair, these are perfect cat boxes.
There’s room for the tailo to rest outside the box and a chin rest on the opposite side.
You can’t beat that comfort in a box.
