The rabbits of Okunoshima Island in Japan get plenty to eat from friendly visitors, but one bossy bunny insists on extra elbow room. Yeah, good luck with that.

I wish I could be there amongst the precious bun buns. To keep the competition for food to a lesser degree, wouldn’t it make sense to scatter about some of the pellets and/or have more than one bin available?
Pretty sure we’re only seeing one bin among many. The YouTube description says the island is home to some 900 rabbits. That’s a lot of bunnies!
Thinking that with 900 rabbits there would already be lots of pellets on the ground…
Hah!
Does anyone know if the buns are fixed? Or do they just reproduce freely?
That does concern me and I don’t think they’re fixed. Eventually there will be too many or some disease could spread. Good intentions but…..
