I don’t know why I thought the Teddy Bear Toss was in Canada, not Hershey. Especially since my family has ties there.
Kind of worried that not all of them made it to the ice but hope that if they land on a fan in the lower deck they turn around and toss them on the ice.

I did not realize that the teddy bear toss was a thing. If all those toys are going to kids, that’s a great event!
Sweet Aggie! What a beauty!
Love the Puppy Bowl events this year. The senior dog exhibition is wonderful.

I went to a Hershey Bears game in college…no teddy bears back then (mid-’90s). βΉοΈ

Is it just me? Lately I’ve noticed many of the photos in the post itself have fuzzy resolution, but clicking through to the story the same photo is crisp.

I haven’t noticed it but now that you mention it, I do see it on this post.

Always loved the Teddy Bear Tosses. “It’s a sky full of stuffies!!!!” πππ
My minor league hockey does them as well and one year I remember someone brought in a bear as tall as a human. There’s a video out there somewhere showing it being passed hand over hand and tossed onto the ice. I think Hersey one year broke a record with how many bears were tossed. It was something ridiculous like 100,000. And this is with the arena only seating 10,000 people. Found the article! https://www.hersheybears.com/news/hersheys-2025-teddy-bear-toss-collects-hockey-world-record-102-343-stuffed-animals/
And on to other posts! So happy that Aggie was found and is back with her owner. And that Mickey was rescued after so much neglet. The Puppy Bowl seems to be the show to watch this year. Super Bowl??? What Super Bowl??

I don’t know about Super Bowls…I’ve heard of a Superb Owl…?
Or is it a Souper Bowl?

Mickie looks so handsome with his haircut! Hope he finds a forever home.
If teddy bear throws had been part of my little brother’s hockey games, I might have been more interested. Instead, I had to miss Scooby Doo most weekends. I’m still bitter.

I’ve had more than a few minor heart attacks from kittens who slept like the dead. Babies can SLEEP.

I love that the Puppy Bowl will have a game for senior dogs. They always need more chances to get adopted. They should just rename it to the Pupper Bowl!

Well, they’re always puppies in our hearts! I love Puppy Bowl, and I agree wholeheartedly that the senior dog game is a welcome addition!

I think that’s right, but I don’t remember the details.
