Not That Mike The Other Mike

Some sad news: Mutz, beloved cat of reader N. Fritz, has passed on. She shares these pictures and a note:

Monday Mutz (rhymes with “puts”) was eating, and sitting on the window sill. He even went outside for a bit. Tuesday morning we found him lifeless in the hall. He didn’t suffer. He simply left a gigantic hole in our hearts.

    My deepest sympathy, N. Fritz! Mutz was a lovely member of Cutetropolis, and will be very much missed, even by those of us who never had the pleasure of meeting him in person.

    Wishing you healing at the raw edges of the Mutz-shaped hole in your heart.

    It sounds like he went peacefully at home, where he was safe and loved. May we all have such a peaceful departure from life on Earth.
