Every Christmas, humans hang up shiny ornaments, and cats have the jingle gall to knock them down. That’s the premise of this very clever holiday song in which two cats dismantle a Christmas tree bauble by bauble.

PS: I’ve already lost track of who submitted this, which is a new record for me. If it was you, thanks!
Love this! Thank you to the submitter! Void has such pretty green eyes.
Is anyone else getting one of those virtually unreadable verification thingies to make sure you are a real hooman? Most of today’s posts are insisting I type in whatever illegible nonsense it is they want me to type. This has never happened to me before on this site, so I am wondering if it is a widespread glitch or just me/my network. These look like some choice posts today (as they are every day, truth be told) and I don’t want to miss them!
I’m not getting them.
And Mike has been ON FIRE today.
I have not seen this, either.
What an annoyance! As far as I know, this website and server are not configured to do this.
Thank you! I didn’t think so, which is why I was so surprised. It seems to be fixed now. HAPPY HOLIDAYS, EVERYONE!
I love this! Thank you, Mike and submitterer, for raising my spirits, which have been somewhere well below the sea floor for days.
Here’s something else that finally made me smile:
Tailgating, much? 🤣
He looks so happy.
Eight Disney imagineers are furiously studying this and making sketches.
I want to meet this reindeer.
Hope you’re feeling better–we’ve missed you around here.
Thanks, DebG! I’ve been lurking, just haven’t had much to say. I would love to meet that reindeer myself!
Sorry if I contributed to your low mood with my comment about MC.
Oh, goodness, no, Ems! Depression is its own thing, and you mustn’t feel responsible for my brain chemistry! But I very much appreciate your kind thoughts.
I love that the child is saying “Hyvä poro!” which means “Good reindeer!” Same expression when you say “Good dog!”
Oh Christmas tree your ornament are history = best line in a song ever LOL
Love this!! And such a cat thing to do.
Indeed. I loved it so much.
** sigh **
I miss having a black void.
That one white wacky whisker really makes it complete. My Scorpius has the lightest frosting of white on his chest and it sets off his beauty.
I’m about to indulge in my favorite Christmas Eve tradition. I haven’t seen this video before, so it should be a treat!
I’m watching Tasting History with Max Miller’s four-hour holiday video compilation while I wrap presents. Mostly Christmas-related but currently the one about latkes and Hanukkah is playing.
I really love this cats in christmas trees season!
