A young white cat sits on a platform outdoors. Photograph from below we can see the branches of a large green tree spreading out behind her.

From her lookout perch, Kitten Miri hunts the elusive jingle toy. Meanwhile, Hana’s on the hunt for scritchies.

But Hana does do a little hunting once she gets indoors.

Welcome to the weekend! This Caturday we have two big fluffy fellows spotted by reader N. Fritz:

While visiting the States this summer, I met Grande (the big orange boi) and Jefe — sibling Norwegian Forest cats adopted by a family friend. They are large and in charge!

A large housecat with fluffy orange and white fur lies on his back in a shallow wicker box.

A house cat with fluffy gray fur stands on a countertop and looks off in the distance

A house cat with fluffy orange fur and white tufts on its chest sits on a table.

An orange and white house cat licks the forehead of another cat.

Though my mission goes well, I have often longed for my home planet. Fortunately my observation subjects recently provided me with a subspace transmitter and interdimensional teleporter pad, believing them to be cheap plastic toys.

A cat sits upon a cat toy consisting of a round scratching pad surrounded by a track containing a small ping pong ball. A second toy is in the background. — They shall be spared during our invasion.
