And finally: Should’a Picked Door Number Three

Because I definitely don’t like what’s in the box, and the feeling’s mutual.

The whispering dog video wouldn’t play on my tablet for some reason, but the baby devil video made up for it.

What a pretty kitty in the box.

Beautiful horses with just a touch of derp. What more could you ask for?

Oh, a rat with a strawberry and a peenk tongue!! That’s what!

Those horses – the Fabios and Farrah Fawcetts of the equine world!

Okay, now I want a pet rat again! I think the Dumbo rats are adorable. The only bad thing about rats is their very short life span.☹️
I now know what I want to do when I retire–work at a dog/cat spa!
The little tazzies are soo cute! Reminds me of the baby wombat vids. Didn’t realize they were endangered from transmissable cancer!

I lost it and giggled out loud when the bird closed the box over the cat ??
Oh heck no! You do not take a swipe at me!

Maybe he’s practicing a magic act and hoped the cat would have disappeared the next time he opened the basket?

Love it when the birdie closed the box lid on the cat, I think he wanted the cat returned to sender. I about spewed the pop in my mouth, onto my tablet. Enjoyed the pics of the ratties. I had seen the story about the tasmanian devil babies on another website and didn’t realize they were endangered and could be cute. Wish I could get my neighbor’s yappy dog to bark in a whisper, better yet, go back into the house.

The dog we had when I was a kid taught himself to whine and bark in a whisper. When he needed to go out in the middle of the night, he knew he didn’t need to (better not) wake the whole household. He’d come into the bedroom, stand next to the bed and whisper/whine: “heeeeeeeeeeee.” He’d also lick his chops, so that smacking noise would wake you up. If you didn’t wake up (or woke up but tried to ignore him) for a few minutes, he would finally bark, just once or twice, in a whisper. “Huff! Huff!”

Oddly enough, Ricky whimpers when he wants certain things, like telling me he’s hungry, needs to go out, or someone buzzed from downstairs. Others, like it’s playtime, he goes straight to barking. I did train him not to bark at the downstairs buzzer, but the rest he decided for himself. There’s no whispering though. That’s amazing.

I wish I could teach my shrill “spokes-cat” to whisper. Apparently he is designated to wake us up for breakfast!

Oh, I get it! Our cat makes the most unholy sounds and cares not where or when.

Oh my gosh, when we lived in suburban Virginia and I was trying to find a kennel for our yellow lab, Isaac, I looked up the Olde Towne Pet Resort in Woodbridge and, upon regaining consciousness and picking myself up from the floor after hearing the price, I decided maybe we’d find someplace a little more reasonable. Which we did. Even in an expensive market, that place was CRAZY expensive!

I fell in love with tazzies a few years back when I saw a show about a wildlife refuge in Tasmania that raises all kinds of wild orphans, and two young staffers were each being Mom to different babies, a young woman to a wombat and a young man to two tazzies. They’re so ridiculously fierce even when it’s not necessary, especially when they’re tiny it’s adorable, like kittens floofing out and trying to be terrifying! I need to find a link to that show somewhere. It would help if I could remember the name…sigh…
