We still haven’t heard how Jan’s doing with her knee, have we? Seems like a long time since last she posted.
It’s doing ok, thanks for asking! It’s a long slow slog and I’m still having quite a bit of pain and lots of muscle spasms in the quad. My mobility and overall stability are much much better though; I’ve almost completely ditched the cane.
I have a pic of Lily I’ve been meaning to send Mike; I’ll have to get on that before the weekend!
