Ah, it’s good to be an alpha dog. When you’re an alpha, you’re the leader of the pack. You get respect.
And it means you can fetch the really big sticks, the ones that smaller dogs only wish they could fetch…
… no matter how they try.
This is a fake, but it’s too funny, and Sharon H. and Dana D. thought so too.
That little dog fetched that big stick with an even bigger dog attached! Amazing!!
Who else wants to scritch that long little belly?
(Scritch is so a word, Spellcheck!!)
We need a special cute spellcheck!
I often think so.
Is that Theo from the other day? Someone posted Theo figuring out how to carry this branch across the foot bridge in relation to puddish, cat door and feather duster.
NO WAY! That is so outside the box hilarious! Not photoshopped is it????? I hope not. Rats, I just read the disclaimer. And looking at the proportions of the two dogs it does look off – oh, but a person can hope.
I’m sure it is Photoshopped, because the small dog doesn’t cast a shadow where you would expect to see one. Although I don’t know the history of this image, I assume the small dog was copied from another photo.
I don’t care if it’s photoshopped, I love Mike’s set up to the photo, as usual I didn’t expect what I saw and that’s what makes it so funny.
Shopped it may be, but with Mike’s commentary and the scrolldown, I got a belly-laugh out of itโand I needed one. Well played, NTMTOM!
The first comment on imgur is a good one: Branch manager and assistant branch manager.
Great scroll down!!
-100% real photo of genuine Saharan sand whale
Looks like a humpback…makes sense in the desert. (But does he have one hump or two?)

This pic may be shopped but itโs an accurate depiction of Dachshund thought process. Low, long pibbles.
