Every day, the scourge of catnip draws our precious kitties into lives of indolence and insanity. In today’s episode, Just Say Meow, special guest star Maru plays a goofus caught in the spell of this evil weed, while Hana gallantly refuses catnip’s siren call. As she looks on in horror, the frenzied Maru desperately licks the last of the devil’s leaf until there’s no more. Don’t let this happen to you!

My cat is in between Maru and Hana, if I give her a catnip toy she will play with it for about 10 seconds. Other than that, she is just not interested.
It’s a good thing nip is legal! I shudder to think what Maru would do if Mugumogu couldn’t supply it. Hana’s reaction is interesting. I’ve never seen a cat actively dislike it.

Yikes! I forgot to finish! Once again we see the toll catnip takes on the productivity of the American worker. (OK, it’s a complete sentence now.)
