I remember when he was working at staying on a swing – he just kept at it until he mastered it, much like he did with the box. He’s really quite an extraordinary cat.
Did anyone really have any doubt?
Jumping into and out of that narrow box without knocking it over showed Olympic-level athletic ability. This was also the lengthiest and most sustained combat between Maru and Hana that we’ve ever seen. The air-kicking demonstrated for Hana what she would be tangling with. Both combatants – hugely impressive.
The first video reminded me of “Maru and the giant box,” which was always a favorite in the classroom. Maru’s air clearance is impressive, especially at his age!
Love these two sillies wrestling. Was Maru’s tail puffed? And how would we know?
