There is a house for sale right next to a cemetery in my town (it’s been on the market at least a couple years now).
The realty company is called Real Living.
I actually think it would be kinda cool to live next to a cemetery. At least you wouldn’t have to worry about the neighbors making a lot of noise.
Yeah, except the road has a fair amount of traffic. Probably not too bad at night, though. There are no other houses nearby (the other side of the road is a rarely-used train track through an otherwise wooded area and on the other side of the house is an empty field bordered by more trees).

Otherwise, noise pollution is probably the preferable to having formaldehyde-infested ground – especially as your household water passes through it.

My bf lives across the (very busy complete with streetcars) street from the second largest cemetery in Europe. We like to joke that he has the quietest and most famous neighbors in Vienna (Beethoven, Schubert, the Strauss dynasty, Falco).
