Maru does not express joy. Adrift in ennui, the famous Internet celebrity spends hours contemplating the futility of his existence. Not even the gentle caress of a loving hand can stir his spirit from its endless torpor. He’s like really emo and stuff.

    I like that Mogu Migo ( I can’t remember her name!) wasn’t summoned, but she went ahead anyway and started stroking Maru. Not show joy? Did you SEE that face at the end and the happily twitching tail!!!!?

    Love his pouty emo face! Actually I think he was just sleepy and as perfectly relaxed as only a cat can get. And it’s hilarious that mugomogu mentioned that he didn’t call her, but she visited anyway–implies that normally she doesn’t pet him unless he asks!
