That’s a Wrap, Maru

Today Maru feels especially anxious and seeks the calming confinement of a sleeve, which he reserves for those moments when a box is not sufficiently constricting. Hana checks Maru to see if he is all right. To her disappointment, he is. Relaxed and refreshed, Maru wraps thing up and heads for dinner.

Did you order the purrito, Andrew Y.?

How ever does he get himself in such pickles??? The look is part defiance and part “whatamidoinhere”.

He looked miffed at Hana. I always enjoy seeing Hana walking around going about her business – things to do, places to go, people to see.

I agree. Hana harshed Maru’s mellow.

Looks more like Sushi roll to me. Seriously, that soft tightness must be very meditative if you don’t have a younger cat sister.

We got one of those crinkly tunnel things for the cats. Stripes wasn’t interested and Stars was afraid of it. My mom ended up sending it to my aunt in Texas. At least he cats liked it.

I need to get The Sleeve for my herd–someone is bound to like it. Maru looked so funny, especially when he turned his head slightly. And Hana’s leap was spectacular.

That startled leap at the end by Hana–LOL! 😀

Why are you stealing these videos? You know it’s illegal theft, right?

Thank you for expressing your concern, which gives me an opportunity to explain the relationship between YouTube content creators and blogs such as this one.

The YouTube videos that appear on this site are embedded, which means that the video content has not been copied to this website but is streaming directly from YouTube. Content creators routinely allow embedding of their videos because it helps them earn revenue from advertising that appears within the video player.

Content creators are free to restrict embedding. They can block embedding altogether or restrict it to specific websites. They can also remove their videos from YouTube at any time, which causes them to disappear from all sites on which they are embedded.

Other content hosting services (Imgur, Instagram) have similar embedding mechanisms for video, and I faithfully use them and do not attempt to circumvent them. I also respond promptly to any requests to remove content lodged by rights holders under the terms of the DMCA.

Again, thank you for your concern.
      Mike
