Cone Pining

“I’m telling ya, Carl, this has been the worst day of my entire life. First thing, my human gets out the leash, so I’m thinking: great, dog park. But do we go to the dog park? No, we go to some scary room where I get poked and prodded and stuffed into a plastic funnel. And what’s worst, I discover that I’m — how do I put this — not a whole man anymore. Can anything else go wrong today?”

It was a rhetorical question, Carl.

It’s a dog’s life, Sharon H.

    Rhetorical question:

Do cats understand what rhetorical means? Or do they just not care?

Such a cat thing. “Oh that’s new…must sit on it”.

Carl is simply testing the tensile strength of the cone to protect his friend.
