In the forbidding rainforest, the ferocious jungle cat stalks her prey. Concealed within the dense foliage, she will lie motionless for hours, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Only one sound will rouse her to action: the whirring of the jungle can opener.

Ah, the terrible Jungle Tuxedo Kitty.
Love the Imgur title: “I was attacked immediately after taking this.” 😀
Different color but that reminds me of my cat, I think she has jungle cat fantasies when she visits the yard of the vacant house next door.
That looks just like the tuxedo stray who shows up at my back door 1-2x/day. After months of feeding Moochie, she now ventures inside the porch to eat, as long as I don’t make any sudden moves or noises. She leaves without a thank you, sits on the deck to groom herself, then disappears. I feel used. And yes, she gets Fancy Feast.
Awww, used to have a jungle kitty!
And on other…
Yet another!
Great pictures! Kitty definitely looks like s/he’s thinking jungle thoughts.
Beautiful kitty!
How are you, Jan? Has the knee surgery been done?
Sergury went fine. Thanks for everyone’s thoughts and good wishes! I’m still in the “hobble around and bang into everything with a walker” stage. Lily comforts me when I lie down.

I have a friend who had a black kitty like this. He was really wonderful. It looks like your jungle kitty was too.

I saw a jungle kitty on my way home from work! I was stopped at a light and there’s a house right on the corner (terrible spot, though; wouldn’t wanna live there!) and the backyard is separated from the road by a sort of ditch with a few trees and long grass and stuff growing in it. There was a white kitty in the backyard (which needs mowing).
