Maru’s Spring Festival

Earlier this month, Maru and Hana celebrated Setsubun, a Japanese festival celebrated the day before the first day of spring. The party begins with a special sushi called Eho-maki, which is both very large and impossible to eat. After a snack from lucky boxes, the pair settle into their favorite activities as they await a joyous spring.

Looks like they had a great time, Andrew Y.

XD Maru lifting the box stuck on his face… advanced box skills!

I expect nothing less from Maru.

I actually think this one is less about skill and more a consequence of a big fluffy head meeting a smaller box. 😻

And, Hana looks way too cute playing on the yellow chair.
