Been racking my brain for some dog/tire(d) puns and coming up flat.
Daffy Duck noises.
I don’t often laugh OUT LOUD at these, but I did at this one. The text is clever and set it up perfectly, but that photo! Doggo’s face actually does look deflated. How is that even possible? Aren’t there some bones in there somewhere?
I laughed so hard, I scared everybody in the break room!
2 thumbs down. What am I missing?
Nothing. They’re missing a sense of humour.
Two reasons occur to me. (1) The photo is so extreme it does actually look like there was something wrong with the dog. They could think he’s deformed and we’re making fun of it, or something. (2) They’re against the selective breeding that has produced breeds that look like that (and which often does come with congenital health problems). But me, I just see a happy, healthy, normal, comfortable doggy who looks as if he was deflated.
