Some days are so tough that the only thing that’ll see you through is a giant box of meowing kittens. If you’re having one of those days, take a moment to enjoy over three minutes of cuddly, curious, climbing, caterwauling kittens. (via Allein S.)

Is there any day you couldn’t use a box o’ kittens?
Thanks, I could use one of these each day right now. Job hunting during a pandemic is majorly anxiety inducing.
Wow! That must be very difficult. The uncertainty all around must make it even more stressful than looking for a job is normally. I hope you’re not someplace with a rising infection rate.
Oh, its worse than that. I’m currently up in Canada but I’m a US citizen. Right now I’m okay, but if I don’t have a job in Canada by the end of August, then I lose access to the Canadian healthcare system and have to return to the US where I also will not have health care.
I wish you all the best in your job search. I hope you get to stay in Canada if that’s your choice. What part of the country are you searching?
I’m open to anywhere. The problem is that I have a degree in a niche field that got totally decimated by the current plague so things are tough.
Fingers crossed for you.
Best of luck! We’ll keep our paws crossed for you!
That half-calico has a bright future ahead. Definitely going places!
Sheer perfection. Ginger is one of my favorite flavors. How is the hoomin not cuddling them every minute?
Dickie sits next to the box of kittens and takes out the calico to cuddle, know that, as soon as she does so, there will be a mad scramble of Cutetropolitans to steal, hide and reset all the kittens. This way, she gets to hold a kitten, watch the fun AND meet people.
Unless of course people are obeying the safe distancing rules, in which case ALL the kittens are hers.
DON’T STEP ON ME!
Thank you, needed that break. Who else wanted to reach through the screen and snorgle some sweet kittens? Besides Duckie of course. Just remember, there are enough to share so please follow the Queensbury rules of engagement.
AJ, I love that I get to be part of a blog where “Queensbury rules of engagement” is introduced to describe a kerfuffle about kittens
OMG I just want to dump that box over into my lap!! Will someone please cuddle them right meow?!?!
I was trying to choose one or two kittens, but I just would love to have all of them. 7 kittens really aren’t too many, right?
They are not. There were 7 Weasleykittens in the batch, though one did not survive. I was at peak happiness.

I always wonder the reason for unexplained down votes. Someone figured the kittens were in distress and should have been tended to (fed, for instance) instead of filmed? Someone objected to picking one up by the scruff of the neck (even though that’s how mother cats do it)? Someone figured a plastic bin doesn’t have enough fresh air circulation even if it’s open on top? There had to be some reason.
Good grief! There are 3 down votes! I mean, I seriously want to pick them all up and cuddle them, but its only 3.5 minutes! At the end some are even hunkered down to sleep.🙄 I need to hold the escapee and the loud meowing kitteh in the corner. snuggle
Maybe it’s just fat fingers? The up and down buttons are very close.
I’ve certainly made that mistake (and usually comment to take it back). But three such mistakes on the same video seemed unlikely.
I guess someone could find the meowing itself annoying — like a human baby’s crying, its purpose is to BE annoying and thus attract attention to get the adults to do whatever they have to in order to make it stop. But in that case, stop watching. An (intentional) down vote usually means some sort of safety or cruelty concern.
Of course, I could be overthinking this. It certainly wouldn’t be the first time.
I wondered too. Kittens are going to meow a lot no matter what, and these little ones are clearly on great shape.
