I mean, of course Maru went under the hammock, which to him is IN the hammock. Clearly that was no mistake and the most comfortable way of using it as demonstrated by his outstretched front paw. 😻
This was a thing of beauty. First, for Maru’s Rule: “when in doubt, assume it’s a box”. Second, Hana’s casual intelligence and stepping on Maru such that he can’t retaliate.
Yes. and Maru was not pleased with Hana’s move.
I loved that not only did Hana know how a hammock works, she didn’t care that Maru was underneath it. She was the first creature ever to experience a lumpy hammock. Also, Maru’s avoirdupois is such that he almost sagged it all the way to the floor.
Very late to the party and this is by far the funniest Maru and Hana video. I‘m not a huge fan of his fluffiness and usually just fast forward through the videos but this one I watched the entire thing. Hana literally walking all over Maru, then him backing out and walking off in a huff. Such injured pride! Then the hammock sinking almost to the floor. And the grand finale of Maru on his back with the tail swishing. Privacy tail please!! Best Maru video ever! I giggled and snerked so much I’m surprised I didn’t wake up hubby.
