I saw this video on facebook originally, and that post said marmoset. Looked for it on youtube to send in and it said Lion Tamarin (and someone in the comments pointed out that it’s actually a marmoset). This is Wikipedia’s picture for marmoset:
The Lion Tamarin shown on its wiki page is bright orange and has a mane around its face.
So, I’m going with “it’s a marmoset.”
Either way…it was really dusty in my house while I watched it.

HEARTBREAKING! Though the chipmunk did get some peace and joy out its short life.
I know!😭 I am amazed a dog bonded with something so small. When was licked by the dog it was practically a full bath! I’m so glad they gave him a good life.💙
Something I learned today: There is musk ox named Sarah Elizabeth! That just floors me, for some reason. 🙂

OK, does anyone have an explanation for why baby owls are being escorted down a black tube? Is it one of those slides? Inquiring minds…..
I think they’re burrowing owls and they’re being semi-released after being hand raised. You know it’s that intermediary stage where the rehabbers are trying to ease them back into the wild but still give them some support.
Lots of feels this morning – some sad, some yippee! and some blep-blep muttering under breath about idiotic morons. Glad the chipmunk had some TLC and love during his short life, and so sweet that dog’s owner got it it’s very own lil “chipmunk” to care for. Very happy birthday to the hippo that wasn’t supposed to make it a month. Mama taking back baby was pretty cute. And don’t get me started about the family that dumped the kittens in the paint bucket. Very thrilled they were removed that situation and momma was able to be reunited with them later.
Someone should put the baby owl video on loop, so it’s a never ending bucket of owls.
It did loop when I watched it. It’s 40 seconds and then it started over.
Even as it is, it looks like a clown car full of owls!
Kind of wish that they’d arrested that couple who dunked those kittens in the paint. Glad that they reunited the kittens with their mom.
