In the home of Maru and Hana, kitten Miri is recuperating after surgery. Looking for a way to lift her spirits, Maru recalls his younger days living free and pure on a cat commune, where he would participate in the nightly drum circle.
The stories of his carefree youth so inspire little Miri that she becomes a full flower child, and convinces her staid elders to join with her and become one with nature.
And where is the perfect place for this sweet natural flower? In the back yard, of course! But stuffy uncle Maru would rather stay indoors and stuff his beer belly into the beer box.
