It’s a special day for a lucky border collie, because a new friend is coming to stay. And even though this baby brother is a perfect match, the pair are still different in every other way. But that doesn’t stop them from becoming cuddle buddies in the end.

My heart just melted, that bebeh bun is sooo cute. Put the phone down and cuddle that cutie. At first I was concerned about the cage (seems to be for using outside) but the inside one was better, could use mats to cover the wire flooring. Loved how the bun bun took a liking to the dog’s bed and flipped over at the end. Buns rule.
The dog is so sweet and gentle with the bun, trying not to scare it.
For some reason I just felt compelled to put Oreo cookies on my grocery list…
🤣😂🤣😂🥰
Then sometimes I google things…
😝. As food they look awful, but as bunny butts they’re adorable.
Yeah, especially if that’s white “chocolate”…
Yes, I worried about that way-too-small cage but felt a wave of relief on seeing the indoor accommodations. I’ve only had a baby bunny once out of the nine I’ve had and this little one reminded me so much of him. He seems so unconcerned and the dog is so good.
I kept waiting for the collie to “round up” the bun! He made a couple of typical move starts.
Me too! I was thinking if there were more dog would have gone into work mode. Both are just so cute and matching. Reminds me that we picked up a bag of Hydrox from Cracker Barrel yesterday.
Hydrox. OMG that’s a cookie right?
They’re like Oreos (Hydrox actually came first).
Absolutely SQUEEE!!!😍
When the lettle bun rolled onto his back in the dog’s bed I about keeled over DED. And that dog was soooo sweet with him! I predict best buds forever!
So sweet my teeth hurt (in a good way). Every time bunbun rolled over, I squeed. They’re both so lucky.
I agree with Luv Bunny and Murray C., I’m glad that tiny cage turned out to be apparently the “take bunny outside” cage, not the main living space. I still don’t agree with letting a bunny that small jump off a table that tall. And when the bunny was in the cage and the dog was on the table, I thought, what if the dog pushes the cage off the table with the bunny in it (out of enthusiasm, not malice)? So, yes, adorable bunny (and yet another tiny animal taking over a dog’s bed), but some of the parenting choices make me uneasy.
