I visited an alpaca farm some years ago and there was one baby who was quite a bit younger than the rest of the youngsters born that year. One of the owners told us they had gone out one morning and there was an extra baby out in the field. They didn’t know mom was pregnant and he was born sometime during the night. I think he was only a few weeks old at the time.
They’re all soo cute today. How am I supposed to choose??? I want a wombat, a baby alpaca (checked yard, no stork delivery of one), kitties, AND the duck. Still deciding on the possum.

What a wonderful creature Pam the duck is. It’s lovely thst all her love is returned. Poor Roberta. I’m so glad she found safe harbor. I wish Wally and his alpaca family were my neighbors.

Just met Wally the alpaca and fell madly in love. He really is the happiest little guy and seems to make everybody around him very happy.
It’s official. I now find possums cute. This is a big change for me, people. Barley and then Kricket turned me around. Never thought I would cry for a possum’s passing.
Glad that Andrew apparently had a slow day at work.
