Wombats need lots of space in the wild, but the most important thing they need is a place to call home. So the Pumpkins Patch Kangaroo Sanctuary started a housing program for the wombats in their care. After moving a mound of dirt, the “humpy” is ready. Will the new homeowner dig what they dug?

We call them furry tanks, I guess it’s not surprising that they use heavy machinery to dig them a burrow…
I love the little jumps of joy!
Arenโt they the best?! Happy little wombats!
I could use that digger in my garden. ๐ค
The building portion was ok but a little long. I kept yelling at the screen, c’mon show the wombats, that’s what we’re here for not the machinery. Gotta love those furry wiggle butts. They look very happy with their new digs.
I will popcorn myself if I ever get a new home. These wombats sure are lucky to have such building pros onsite.
