There have been a couple times where I was spending the night at someone’s house and awoke to find that the person I’d gone to sleep next to had mysteriously turned into a dog. At least one of those was opportunistic exploitation of a midnight bathroom trip, followed by immovable bonelessness.
“Why didn’t you just wake me up?”
“…oh.”
This person literally spent the rest of the night on the couch rather than wake me. Thanks, I guess??
Kitten on Momma’s head is the best thing I’ve seen today.
The bed interloper had me cracking up. Can you imagine waking up with an extra pet in your bed, so weird but so cool too. I think kitty on mom’s head was trying to use it as a springboard to escape the pen.
I’ve had a strange cat come into my house overnight, but kitty didn’t try to climb into bed with me. Nearly gave me a heart attack, however–I walked into the living room and saw a black cat on the couch. Then I remembered I didn’t have a black cat anymore!
