SQUEEEEEEEEE! to all the adorable batties! You have to look through the whole list to #180—don’t stop at 30 or you will miss the incredible awwwwwwww and cuteness!
Love that curled tail of the Dark Lord’s. And I bet he loves how warm that cape is.

If I ever go to Los Angeles again, I’m definitely going to the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Baby bats are amazingly adorable!

Love the linkies today. And he’s back!!!! I was wondering if Flurnston Boils would make an appearance, just wouldn’t be Halloween without him. Been to the Hollywood Cemetery for Dios de los Muertosand it was amazing. Might have to go back next year. Baby bats – Squeeeeeeee!!!! So many cuties I can’t pick a fave, they do look like mini puppies. And the dark lord cam curse my house any day.
Trunk or treat went went well. Lots of decorated cars (you can see them on FB -https://tinyurl.com/3d5pdmp9 . Had a bunch of kids plus one dog and one cat stroll through.
Had an interesting animal encounter over the weekend. Caught a “cat” on my security camera that looked a lot bigger than a house cat, me and several co-workers all thought that it looked like a mountain lion. Eek!!! I sent the video to Fish and Wildlife CA and they came back saying nope, don’t think so. Phew, but I’m still not convinced. I’m just going to be very careful when going out into the yard especially when it’s dark. Talk about something you don’t want to meet in a dark alley, or yard, lol.

I have GOT to go to the Poe museum! Lived here in Richmond for 60+ years, and have never been, despite my sister sharing a birthday with Poe. Also The Raven was the first “grown-up” book I read. We had it in one volume, so it was sorta kid-sized!
We’ve got spooky sounds in the neighborhood. Coyotes are about, and they do sound eerie!
