SPORTS NEWS: The two finalists in the Kitten Division of the National Hokey-Pokey Championships met today for the ceremonial putting in of the right paw. Up-and-coming challenger Mindy Marmalade (right) seeks to dethrone three-time champion Gareth Greymuzzle, still recovering from last month’s shake-it-all-about injury. “It’s been a rough season,” said Greymuzzle, “but I can turn myself around and win.”

Also my foster kitty Maribel is now home. She’s 4 months old and an extreme snuggler. Within 5 minutes of our meeting, she was kneading on me and giving me love bites. The boys are intrigued by the shut door (she’s quarantined for 2 weeks) and are, I hope, willing to make friends when they can all interact.
