I love Lou the Chi. Facebook and Youtube both routinely feed me shorts of her (and her sister Nala, who looks like a smaller version of Lou and I think might live with Lou’s mom’s parents). I don’t know why it started but I watch them to make sure the algorithm doesn’t stop. (They also have another dog, not sure what breed, and a cat or two.)

This is a “me” problem, but it took me a few goes to correctly parse meaning from “routinely feed me shorts.” Like, the first through time I read it with an Irish accent and was very confused.
Apparently the ADHD meds haven’t kicked in yet.

Baby orangutans are the best surprise!
Love Gnocchi/Gucci’s new life–he’s got it made!
I have never seen a running kiwi and it’s mesmerizing. How do they balance with no wings?

Looks like a T-Rex with feathers, running! (I know, no beak on a T-Rex, but still…)

I love the story of Johanna and Gnocchi/Gucci, I hope I’m still able to have a furry friend when I’m 100!

If I were formerly extinct but now rolling around on the beach, I’d be smiling too,

How can you tell? I wasn’t sure which end I was looking at!
Was anybody else getting a Dune vibe from those moles? They are awfully cute, but burrowing through sand . . .

Gucci and Johanna are a match made in heaven! The rescue I adopted my two from also has a Senior to Senior program. Even better, they have a volunteer assigned to them that goes once a month (or more often if needed/wanted) to help out with getting the dog out to the vet, the groomers, etc plus checking in on the human. It’s a win/win for everyone! Oopsie on the surprise orang baby. I kinda feel bad for the older sister Tuti. The keepers were explaining how orangutans stay with their moms for up to 10 years and with mom’s attention now on the new one, Tuti may miss out on some neccesary skills learning. But both babies are such cuties! Mole rat, the answer to the hovertext question is Yes. I am in love with Lou!!!! So adorable, love the spinning but man I was getting dizzy watching it, lol.
