Mugi and Mimi were minding their own business when the very tall rabbit noticed Mimi’s loose fur. But after taking a moment to brush it off, it’s back to playtime.

He made a whole new bunny!
Love the gray bun’s resigned attitude whilt having excess fur removed. I wonder if they think of humans as tall rabbits.
Instant love for these 2 precious buns. Twice a year, I’d take my buns out on the deck and run my hands through their loose fur and gently pull out the fur tufts. Literally, the hair would be flying all around, enough for lining many a bird’s nest and cling to my clothes. And when we went back inside, the buns wove between my feet, impatiently waiting for their treats.
Do these people in the video have any furniture? I noticed mainly, neat, bare rooms with rugs/mats on the floor.
curious, would they accept those grooming gloves that are more friendly than a brush/comb?
SQUEEE! Such cute bun buns!☺️
My Theo and Kira, both mini-lops, put this bun in the SHADE with fur shedding! Like Luv Bunny, I used to take Kira outside and scrub off her excess fur. Fur flying all over the yard, patio and me! But at least she liked it👍🏼
Theo, however, did NOT like being brushed or having his fur fluffed off, and my house was edged with fur for 9 years!
That is a LOT of fur for a dwarf bun, tho!
And I agree with Luv Bunny—where’s furniture?
Deb, can you spin bunny floof?
My new motto is “Spin the furnado!” (like the Skittle slogan but furry). I wanted all of Mimi’s fur to blend with wool! Then it would be beautiful to spin. On its own, too short, but blended, it would be lovely.
Also those delicate little ears made me squee. I wanted to nibble them, very very gently.
Ok, all bunny servants, start saving the floof.
Make that ALL fur servants.
Man, too bad I don’t still have Theo! I’ll look and see if I have any baggies of his fur. I used to save them to take to school for the kids to feel. Pretzel doesn’t shed much and it’s really short, fluffy fur.
Love bunny ears!
I was just talking to a my best spinning buddy friend, who spun some cat hair with cashmere and mohair for a woman who’d lost her beloved baby. The woman knitted a small heart necklace for herself from the yarn.
If any of you have saved fur from a precious friend, and want some yarn, I would be happy to help. Email Mike and ask him to connect us.
That is so sweet of you! Thank you!
That’s a lovely offer.
