Oh, look — it’s these two troublemakers again. By this point, Mimi the Bengal and ChouChou the dachshund have elevated playtime into an art form — part ballet, part demolition derby.

Mimi’s eyes are so gorgeous!
I don’t know what that beep was in the beginning of the video but I had something in the oven and it freaked me out! I had to go back and make sure it was on the video and not my smoke alarm!
(I scrolled through the comments to see if anyone mentioned it…she replied, “The kettle is ready for tea. It’s so loud ๐.”)
I had the same reaction! A few weeks ago, my $&#^%%% smoke alarm battery started beeping like that in the middle of the night, every few minutes for the whole night. By morning, it had stopped. Then a week later, it did the same thing again.
My condo has 9-foot ceilings and it’s a major ordeal for my shortness to reach them. I ordered a pack of 10-year alarms to replace all of them in my place. Then I removed the battery from the beeping one and set up a new one in a slightly more accessible location. Removing the battery did nothing. Apparently they installed hardwired alarms with backup batteries, and I’m just going to have to live with them.
Thank you, cos I wondered.
Given the reputation of Bengal cats, I think they all need an active puppy companion. Mimi doesn’t even scratch up the beautiful upholstery, she’s kept so entertained!
They are both so adorable. I don’t know how their hoomins get anything done.
Chou Chou has got some MAJOR energy to disperse! Iโm tired just from watching!
Theyโre in love.
