And finally: Egg-cited
Elizabeth G. found storks who just had a visit from, uh… a completely different stork.

I’m sorry the dog can’t swim out and join the seal. I’m guessing the dog is trying to entice the seal to join him on the beach.
OK I love owls anyway but that tiny little bunch of feathers is ridiculously cute 🥰
I know! I squeed when I saw her. And she’s helping her rescuer!
Banana for scale…but he’s on a scale…
I had no idea stork parents celebrated their eggs.
Kinda cute.
The owlet stole my heart.
Peeps, I need to vent. Please feel free to ignore this.
Last year in January, my husband discovered a fire in one of the mall’s food court vendors. I think I mentioned it. Anyway, he called 911 and then began trying to control it. The fire department showed up within ten minutes. They dealt with the fire and went through the typical post-emergency paperwork. The chief at the time told the mall owners that, if my husband hadn’t attempted to fight the fire, and had waited for the, the damage would have been much worse, possibly causing temporary closure of the food court and costing them an unholy amount of time and money in the clean up and insurance mess.
There was not one single acknowledgement of my husband’s actions by the mall owners, management or other tenants for what he did. Not one. Not even a “hey, thanks” from anyone. His boss took him out for lunch, because he knew the mall would do nothing.
Now it’s over a year later, and I’m fuming. He has been treated like crap by these people, and I am sick of it.
I’m sorry Duckie, I understand your anger people can be such ingrates.
That’s so depressing. I’m sorry.
Duckie, your husband definitely deserves better. I wish he could work somewhere where they appreciate him.
Ash and his seal friend make my heart happy. So does darling Alfie, especially at the beach.
