I wonder, can they send the fox home and release him?
Years ago they found a kitten on a truck at work; no idea how far he traveled. I happened to be coming back from lunch when they were in the stairwell transferring him from a cardboard box to the animal control guy’s carrier. I hope he went to a good home.

they’re apparently very social birds.
