Which is why it was so funny watching the kitten grooming Buddy. His/her little tongue in no way compares to Buddy’s.

Folks, George Weasleycat is still with us. My house call vet wanted to run a blood panel, given George’s symptoms. If it’s hyperthyroidism, it’s treatable. We’re cautiously optimistic and I’ll keep you all posted. Thank you for all the support on Saturday–it meant a lot.
Yes! Fist Pump!!!! I like hearing this good news!!! So happy for you. Fingers crossed it’s something treatable and George remains with you for several more years. The other possibility is maybe diabetes??
Vet says the symptoms are more consistent with hyperthyroidism. We’ll just have to see.
