Well of course…This is why they follow sunbeams around the house.
Speaking of zoomies, I forgot to share: While I was killing time at the mall on Saturday I stopped into the county SPCA adoption center/shop and there was a puppy running around in the back play area. There usually aren’t animals there (they’re not even always open), but you can get info about adopting and they sell things like stickers and magnets and some pet toys and stuff. The pup was (I’m guessing) a GSD or maybe a mix (but definitely some kind of shepherd), at least a few months old. At first he was just rolling around getting belly rubs from a couple of the workers, but then he powered up with some water and took off for several laps around the space.
(Their main facility is about 20 minutes away; they took over this space when the mall owner decided no more pet stores.)
Re: sunbeams. Now we KNOW! ☀️
My Storm adopts this position in the sun beam every morning and being a black cat her belly gets really warm.
Wave those feet in the air like you just don’t care!!
Snort laugh! 😆
