Sir Patrick reading Shakespeare with a bonus orange cat 😢 💔
Great lights have gone out this year. Including sweet Tucker Budzyn.
Totally agree. It’s been a rough last couple of months. To add to the list – remember the guy Scott Hodges that wrote the hysterical posts for UPS dogs, talking about “mean streets of Newberg OR”? He passed from cancer earlier this week. 😢😢

I didn’t see that.. 😔
Oh, gosh. He’ll be missed.
Oh no. He was a wonderful man.

I had the great pleasure of seeing Patrick Stewart on stage many times. He’s been around for so long I thought he must have been over 90!
I think I must have seen Patrick Stewart for the first time in Peter Brook’s Midsummer, but my first clear memory of him is as Sejanus in I, Claudius. His solo stage performance of A Christmas Carol was phenomenal, and he and Ian McKellen were terrific on stage together in Waiting for Godot.
I watch the tv version every year.
I’ll always regret *not* seeing him do the solo performance of A Christmas Carol when I was in grad school.
Patrick Stewart and his wife were big on dog fostering, remember him being upset that they couldn’t foster fail a dog because the breed wasn’t allowed in England.
Clearly they also had a soft spot for kitties. He will be greatly missed. Remember his ice bucket challenge back when that was a thing?
Im here with all of you in spirit. Sad day indeed. I had to spend time this morning researching Patrick Steward’s dialect. Fascinating stuff. I wish I could find more of him speaking dialect.
