And finally: Sto-one-henge!

This would be Jacques. Except he’s decided to sit on top of the toaster oven. And he knows better! But from up there he’s practically at eye level, and so he can yell at me better from there. ❤️

Happy Tuesday peoples. I’m in SoCal for the holidays and will be taking my niece and nephew to see A Christmas Carol this afternoon. There is supposed to be a massive rain storm coming in this evening and rain through Friday. But at least it won’t be freezing rain. Silver linings.

      Have fun and stay safe!

How is Jacques doing these days?

Maya looks like a completely different dog now–so healthy and sleek!

The dating advice is hilarious and oh so true. Years ago, I had a book called something like 100 Reasons Why A Cat Is Better Than A Man. Yep.

I’m surprised Stonehenge kitty hasn’t knocked everything over.

Love the dating advice. Also that they all end with “adopt [cat] instead” except the last one about not being a good gift-wrapper; that one is just “adopt [cat] for support.” 😄 (Then get that guy to try wrapping the cat..! 😛)

      Yes! Hilarious. 😂

      Merry Christmas Eve Eve. ☃️

If you think the world is a good place to live and things in general are heading to a good direction, I totally recommend dating. Nothing convinces you faster that humanity is ready for extinction.

In other words: adopt a cat (or two would be even better if bonded)

😂 Precisely why I’ve given up!

        Same, same 🙂

I mean, he’s a bird, it looks like a worm…can you blame him?

The two lists ate hilarious, and so many are so true. Love that Maya is inside now and her rescuer gets to see her all the time. If pottery came with a paw print or cat hair, I would definitely buy it. That dating advice is spot on, and would gladly adopt any of those advisors, they’re so smart. Welp, the SoCal storm has started. I can actually feel that the temps have dropped, and it’s drizzling. I had plans torun to the bank but guess I’ll wait until there’s a break.

Clearly this dog has no regrets.

    Really?

People travel thousands of miles to see an ancient and eternal ritual. To touch the stones and embrace the millennial old practices that were old when the druids came to Briton.

And yet what do people clamor to see? A house cat who mistake a Stonehenge blue stone for a cat tree.

Cats stealing the show from historical landmarks is nothing new.

Here is Istanbul’s most famous cat, Gli, who lived in the Hagia Sophia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gli
