And finally: Hay, Fiona! What’cha Eating?

Hay, that’s what! And it’s been pre-chewed by her mother Bibi to help expose the still-developing preemie to healthy bacteria that will help her body with digestion. Fiona Update: Hit the Showers, Kid

Fiona the preemie hippo is now approaching unearthly levels of cuteness as she enjoys a bit of hose play, an interest she seems to share with Bibi and Henry, her mother and father. According to the Cincinnati Zoo, Fiona still can’t regulate her body temperature, so the hose water must be a lukewarm temperature that won’t chill her.

“She gets cuter every day if that’s possible,” says Fiona watcher Lois M.
