Playful Panda Cub Feels the Pinch!

Pandas love bamboo, but bamboo doesn’t always love them back. While trying to climb a pair of bamboo poles, this silly baby panda got its head stuck in between them. After a few moments of struggling, the youngster got a grip and broke free. Afterward, the cub tries to press the poles together, to make sure it never happens again.

Snow Day for Bei Bei

The severe snowstorms last week may have made life miserable for people in Washington, D.C., but one resident was absolutely thrilled: Bei Bei the panda at the Smithsonian National Zoo. Not even stopping to put on a fur coat (since he was already wearing one), the three-year-old panda rolled, tumbled, and frolicked in the fresh powder.
