    I’m with you, pup. My skin tone was brought to you by the Irish/German side of the family. The Sicilians chose not to contribute.

      Ah yes, the curse of the half and halfs as I call them. Dad was Greek but Mom was English/Irish Canadian. He would never burn, Mom always did and I’m some where in the middle. If I don’t slather myself with SPF 50, I’ll get burned before I tan oh so slightly and for some weird reason my legs never really get any color. But I’m generally like puppers, I prefer a cool shady spot away from Mr. Sun.

        My dad’s actually pretty pale, too. He’s half Sicilian (the other half Irish, or possibly English – his mom was a redhead, maiden name Farley). My mom is Irish/German (and I look more like her in general).

        I’m not a big fan of heat, though, so I like the shade.

    Today, the clouds provided the shade, but I’d like to have someone at my beck and call to be my own personal sun shade. Please.
